Baby Shower Cake for a girl

This was a cake that I made for a mom that is expecting a girl! She does tattoos for a living and so I thought it would be cute to add a tattoo on the baby's arm that said mom on it... Tell me what you think. I am self taught so I learn from my mistakes as with this one I can see where I still need some more techniques to learn... Thanks for your advice and for looking!!
