Chocolate Covered Strawberry Grooms Cake

This was the Groom's Cake for our wedding, designed by me and provided by Publix. It was a big hit... chocolate cake & fudge icing with a strawberry layer inside. Topped with chocolate-dipped strawberries.

my daughter wants this for her 21st Birthday, any ideas how I could get one or even try to make one.

Hi,for this cake all I did was call our grocery store bakery and described to them what I had in mind. We ordered this cake from Publix but I am sure your local grocery store or bakery could duplicate the same thing. I asked for fudge icing and a layer of strawberries & icing in the middle., plus some chocolate covered strawberries in the corners.
