Penny Cake

This "penny" cake was made for the first birthday of a little girl named Penny. Using photoshop, I had fellow CakeTheater member CakeMan2000 replace the image of Lincoln, and changed the text surrounding the coin. I had the image printed on edible ricepaper and created the rest of the cake traditionally. She loved it!
