Sushi Cake

This is a sushi cake I made for my friend's birthday. The "sushi" are mini cupcakes wrapped in fruit roll-ups (that were dyed with food coloring), topped with coconut and a piece of papaya. The "ginger" is fruit roll-ups and the "wasbi" is just a glop of green frosting.
